DIPIN Terms of Service
Last Updated: January 28, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the conditions and procedures for using the Work Validation infrastructure and related services ("Services") provided by DIPIN ("Company").
1. Service Definition and Provision
Beyond simple coding tests, DIPIN multidimensionally verifies an engineer's practical competency based on the following 3-step architecture:
- Contextual Mapping: Defines dynamic baselines by learning the business logic and technical difficulty of the project.
- Expert-Chain Evaluation: Identifies technical grounds within the code through Chain of Thought (CoT) and generates explainable reports.
- Multi-Sampling Ensemble: Eliminates AI hallucinations and ensures reliability through statistical sampling.
2. User Accounts and Data Obligations
Users (Candidates) have the obligation to faithfully provide the following data to use the Service:
- GitHub Integration: Providing access permissions and commit/PR history for specific repositories for analysis.
- AI Log Upload: Submitting conversation history (Export Logs) with AI used during the assignment process.
- Guarantee of Integrity: Arbitrarily modifying or manipulating submitted AI logs makes AI Synergy Index measurement impossible and serves as grounds for lowered reliability and penalties.
3. Smart Time Measurement and Management
DIPIN records the candidate's pace without forced termination to measure Engineering Velocity.
- Measurement is based on the lead time from entering the workspace to the final submission.
- This is to datify the candidate's time management and priority allocation skills.
4. Intellectual Property
- Candidate Ownership: Copyright of source code directly written by the candidate belongs to the candidate.
- Company Ownership: The Engineering DNA Reports, analysis metrics, algorithms, and service designs generated by the DIPIN engine are the proprietary assets of the Company.
- Confidentiality: Assignment scenarios provided by corporate clients are considered trade secrets, and leaking them externally may result in legal liability.
5. Limitation of Liability
- DIPIN provides objective data-based metrics, but the final hiring decision is the responsibility of the corporate client.
- The Company does not bear direct liability for potential losses resulting from hiring failures.
- The Company is liable only within a reasonable scope for service interruptions caused by failures of external tools (GitHub, AI tools, etc.).
6. Prohibited Acts and Service Restrictions
Service usage may be immediately suspended upon detection of the following acts:
- Stealing another person's GitHub account or work.
- Manipulating AI logs to conceal one's actual reasoning process.
- Attempting reverse engineering to neutralize the Service's indexing algorithm.
