  • Identity and Contact Data: Name, email address, GitHub ID, profile image.
  • Technical and Usage Data: IP address, login data, browser type, activity logs within the service.
  • Engineering Data (DIPIN Specific):
    • GitHub Data: Source code, commit messages, PR (Pull Request) history, and code diff data from submitted repositories.
    • AI Collaboration Logs: Conversation history files (.md, .txt, .json, etc.) with AI (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) that you upload.
  • Assessment Data: 'Engineering DNA' reports and competency metric scores generated by the DIPIN engine.

3. Methods of Collection

We collect data through the following channels:

  • Direct Interactions: Information you provide directly during sign-up, assignment submission, and AI log uploads.
  • Automated Technologies: Technical data collected via cookies and server logs.
  • Third-Party Sources: Public/private repository information linked via the GitHub API.

4. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

We use data for the following purposes, based on the performance of a contract and our legitimate interests:

  • Competency Verification and Report Generation: Engineering competency analysis and DNA report issuance via the Expert-Chain Evaluation algorithm.
  • Recruitment Support: Providing verified competency data to hiring companies with your consent.
  • Service Improvement: Enhancing the accuracy of the AI Synergy Index and advancing statistical models.
  • Security and Fraud Prevention: Forensic analysis to verify identity and check for data manipulation.

5. Disclosure and Sharing of Personal Information

DIPIN does not sell your data to third parties. However, it may be shared in the following cases:

  • Hiring Companies: Providing results of practical tests (DNA reports and supporting data) you have taken to the client companies that requested the assignment.
  • Technical Partners: Cloud infrastructure and analytics tool providers for secure data processing.

6. Data Security and International Transfers

  • Security: We apply industry-standard encryption technologies to protect your source code and personal information.
  • International Transfers: Data may be transferred to overseas servers to provide global services. In such cases, we comply with GDPR and country-specific data protection regulations.

7. Data Retention and Destruction

We retain data for a certain period after the purpose of collection has been achieved to fulfill legal obligations or complete the recruitment process.

  • Standard Retention Period: We retain data for 90 days after the recruitment process ends, after which it is destroyed in a technically unrecoverable manner.
  • Purpose of Retention: To respond to objections regarding assessment results and to secure a final review period for hiring companies.

  • The right to request correction or deletion of incorrect information.
